 New! Department of Energy Job Completed

CFS has finished the erection of over 1,000 pieces of structural precast to complete a $35.6 million dollar total precast project within a "accelerated" schedule. The project was for UDS, LLC a group hired by the DOE to clean up several Federal uranium enrichment plants one of which was in Portsmouth, Ohio.

 

 New! Symphony House, Philadelphia starts!

CFS has recently started a 31-story, 507,000 SF building featuring 163 luxury condominium residences, a 395-car parking garage, and a rooftop fitness center and garden. It will also be home to the Philadelphia Theatre Company, which will have a 400-seat theater.

 

 Ford Field Parking Garage

CFS finshed a 1,000-space parking Garage adjacent to Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. The project was completed in time for the 2006 Super Bowl.

 

 Liebherr LR 1250

The 300-ton Liebherr LR 1250 crawler crane has 316 feet of main boom, 66-203 foot luffing jib, and optional fixed jib. Superior lifting capabilities with precise control.

 

 Kalahari Waterpark Resort

CFS has finished the erection of over 513,000 square feet of hollowcore and structural precast. A $60 million project at the Kalahari Waterpark Resort Convention Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
