70,000 square feet of institutional space for UC, 500 beds of student
housing and 150 market-rate housing units. |

precast project within a "accelerated" schedule. The project was for UDS,
LLC a group hired by the DOE to clean up several Federal uranium
enrichment plants one of which was in Portsmouth, Ohio. |
