Project News

Main Street Bridge Project - Capital City Group has been awarded the crane rental to Kokosing Construction, Inc. to help complete a $42.0 million dollar project. Capital City will be providing a Manitowoc 2250 III (300-ton Crawler Crane) to pick individual pieces of steel weighing over 465,000 pounds.

Kenwood Towne Place Parking Structure - Capital City Group has been awarded the erection of over 2,450 pieces of structural precast to complete a $190.0 million dollar total project within a "accelerated" schedule.

Symphony House - Capital City Group has recently finished a 31-story, 507,000 SF building featuring 163 luxury condominium residences, a 395-car parking garage, and a rooftop fitness center and garden. It will also be home to the Philadelphia Theatre Company, which will have a 400-seat theater.

Department of Energy Job Completed - Capital City Group has finished the erection of over 1,000 pieces of structural precast to complete a $35.6 million dollar total precast project within a "accelerated" schedule. The project was for UDS, LLC a group hired by the DOE to clean up several Federal uranium enrichment plants one of which was in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Ford Field Parking Deck - completed a parking deck adjacent to Ford Field, both projects completed in time for the 2006 Super Bowl, Capital City Group erected the new 1,000-space parking deck.
