Kenwood Towne Place Parking Structure
Bear Creek Capital to build a $190.0 million
complex
CINCINNATI —
Capital City Group has been selected to
construct a 2,400 car parking structure
located at Kenwood Towne Place in
Cincinnati, Ohio. This structure, which
is one of the largest of its type in the
region, contains over 2,450 individual
pieces of precast concrete, 640,000
square feet of parking area, and
supports over 190,000 square feet of
retail space. Erection of this project
will begin during October 2007 and will
be completed by May 2008.
